VillaPrep Property Management: Callout
 Callout is an essential part of the Property Management service that we provide at VillaPrep. Having someone on hand 24 hours a day is a relaxing thought for both property owners and guests alike.
In some circumstances, guests may need to call for help with problems they may be having. VillaPrep leave a telephone number that they can call at any time if they need any assistance.
Even though we offer regular visits and inspections of the property both during the holiday season and when the property is left empty during the year, there are occasions when a call out is required.
For example, when new equipment, appliances etc are being delivered, or before and after work is carried out, someone needs to be on hand.
VillaPrep will always be there and will ensure that the property is well looked after and is always safe and secure.
