 Perhaps one of the most important aspects of holiday properties, a clean villa is an essential part of the holiday experience for owners and guests.
VillaPrep offers a very high standard cleaning service for inside and outside areas before owners or guests arrive at your property. This includes cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living rooms as well as outside areas such as the patio and driveways.
Changeover Cleaning
This includes:
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Hoovering
- Dusting
- Polishing
- Cleaning and checking appliances
- Washing & changing linen and towels
- Making beds
- Open clean before guests arrive
- Closed clean after they have departed
- Collecting the rubbish
- Replacing toilet rolls
- Checking light bulbs and replacing if necessary
Spring Cleaning
This is highly recommended at the beginning as well as the end of the holiday season. This service can also be carried out at any time at the owner's request.
Far more thorough than a changeover clean, this service will be a comprehensive clean of the whole property, including:
- Checking electrical goods, lights and toilets
- Cleaning fans, windows and shutters
- Checking the outside of the property/terraces; patios will be hosed down and driveways cleaned.
