The importance of this service is crucial to the success of the property as holiday accommodation.
This service includes our Meeting and Greeting Service for guests on arrival, either by arranging airport transfers or car hire.
In our experience, offering help and advice during their stay and generally ensuring that their holiday meets their expectations, is a terrific feel-good factor for holidaymakers, particularly those that are new to Spain, or even new to a certain area of the island.
We are on hand to ensure that guests know the "rules of the house," health and safety issues and how to use the appliances and equipment.
We also suggest a Welcome Pack:
- milk, tea and coffee
- bread, butter and sugar
- water and preserves
which we can arrange to be available on the day the guests arrive.
We also offer a further Fridge Stocking Service, whereby guests pre-arrange a list of items that we purchase on their behalf. This is all part of ensuring that when holidaymakers arrive, usually tired, they have very little to organise - just get on with enjoying their holiday experience in your property! |
