 What price peace of mind, knowing your property will be regularly visited and inspected both internally and externally?
VillaPrep will ensure that your property remains as safe and secure as possible throughout the term of the contract. Regular visits and inspections will be carried out to make sure that the property is secured when empty and always in a safe condition.
On occasions, in our experience, it is worth giving the property a thorough checking over, particularly before the holiday season starts, as well as at the end. Every aspect will be looked at and a report written where necessary. Every visit will be noted in the property log book.
This service is part of the overall Security package offered by VillaPrep, which includes Key Holding, Property Maintenance and our Call Out Service. Altogether designed to provide the best possible peace of mind - your property is safe in our hands.
